Ryan Krizen - Owner

Ryan Krizen, the proud owner of Krizen Pest Control, has been in the pest control industry for nearly 18 years. A Sarasota native and Air Force veteran, Ryan honorably served our country for eight years before transitioning into pest control, where his passion and dedication led him to start his own company. In 2014, he took his competitive spirit to the water, racing boats for five years and winning first place in the Sarasota Grand Prix in 2015. When he’s not working hard, Ryan loves spending time with family and friends, cruising, watching documentaries, and enjoying a day out on the boat. His strong work ethic and commitment to excellence are the foundation of Krizen Pest Control.

Nicole Krizen - Co-Owner

Nicole Krizen, co-owner of Krizen Pest Control, has been in the industry for nearly a decade and plays a vital role as the company’s comptroller. A proud Sarasota native and third-generation resident, she has deep roots in the community. With a background in business, Nicole started by running her own pest control route for four years before growing the team. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, children, and dogs, staying active with walks and gym sessions, and unwinding on the boat or a cruise. She also loves sharing good meals with friends, making the most of every moment both at work and in life.

Damion

Damion, born in Bradenton, spent much of his early life in New York before returning to Florida during the COVID pandemic. With a passion for cooking, traveling, and exploring local farmers markets, he brings energy and enthusiasm to everything he does. A dedicated fitness enthusiast and MMA practitioner, he thrives on discipline and hard work—qualities that have made him an exceptional service manager for over two years. Damion’s strong work ethic and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable part of the team.

Dylan

Dylan, our newest team member, has quickly made a great impression with his positive attitude and enthusiasm. Born in Fort Worth, Texas, he made the move to Florida in 2011 and has embraced the outdoor lifestyle ever since. An avid fisherman and boating enthusiast, he loves spending his free time on the water or enjoying a good meal. Always upbeat and full of energy, Dylan’s happy personality makes him a fantastic addition to our team.

Kevin

Kevin has been a valued member of our team for years, bringing dedication and a strong work ethic to everything he does. A Sarasota native, he had a unique start in life, spending ten years in the circus during his younger years. Outside of work, Kevin is an adventurer at heart—whether he’s out fishing, racing motorcycles, or enjoying a day on the water. His passion for life and commitment to excellence make him an indispensable part of our team.

Joe

Joe, originally from upstate New York, has called Florida home for nearly 30 years. With a diverse background in automobile sales and restaurant ownership, he brings a wealth of experience and a strong business acumen to everything he does. Now semi-retired, Joe enjoys the best of Florida living—spending his free time golfing, reading, swimming, and relaxing on the beach. A connoisseur of fine dining, he appreciates great food and good company, making the most of his well-earned leisure time.

Alexia

Alexia, a Sarasota native, is a dedicated and hardworking administrative assistant in our office. Her sweet personality and strong work ethic make her an essential part of our team, as she expertly handles scheduling and answering phones. Always reliable and punctual, Alexia ensures everything runs smoothly. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family and friends, enjoying great food, and getting lost in a good book. We’re grateful to have her as part of our team!
